Do I see my products before I pay?
The quiz reveals a short introduction to your scent direction. Your full product selections and complete story are reserved for the paid edition. We check that we can fill your requested formats before opening checkout.
Is a person hand-selecting every order?
The experience combines an editorially sourced product collection, matching rules and your quiz answers. AI assists with reading an unfamiliar favorite’s listed scent notes. Each order is composed automatically; individual human review is not included.
Do I need to use every product together?
No. The story is a wardrobe of possibilities for different moments, not a prescription to layer everything. Fabric rinse and liquid softener are alternative routines. Use each product only as its current label directs.
What if a scent note is not for me?
Tell us which listed notes you prefer to avoid. We filter the product selections against those preferences before checkout. If a category has no supported choice, we explain the gap in your preview. You can keep your preferences and return later or choose to edit your answers; we never silently remove an exclusion. Notes are not ingredient lists or an allergy check.
How will my story arrive?
